Comic Fiesta 2012 Review

Hey all,

now is time for my annual review of Comic Fiesta. I have to admit,there is nothing much i can say about it this year as this year,everything ran quite smoothly and i was satisfied but as usual,i will do my pros and cons lists.

Pros

Nice hall lighting, ample space to walk,super awesome amount of doujin booths and prices for items were much cheaper compared to last year's Comic Fiesta or even this year's AFA MY. The air con was good for cooling people and enough place for people to rest at the sides if they get tired.The line up system was much better as well this year.

Cons
I did notice a significant drop in awesome cosplays,before anybody stones me for saying this,i have to admit that most cosplays seem similar and have come to a point that i say 'oh,seen that before' but i do admit the Danboard and Domokun cosplayer plus the Kirito cosplayer with awesome sword and the Freddie Mercury cosplay really caught my eye.

Another con is the lack of schedules or any information in physical form for media people. Me & WH did not get a press kit or even a Comic Fiesta booklet when we got our passes. No one seems to know if we were supposed to even get a press kit or not and i had to borrow the booklet from one of our friends to see the schedule or rely on my email to see schedules for press conference etc.

I notice the sound system this year seemed to have dropped or maybe because its a bigger venue this year hence the drop in the sound system.

All in all, As i said, CF was much better this year that i have nothing much to complain so yeah,until next year's Comic Fiesta,this is my post and happy new year to everyone :)
